At Emscote Infant School we use a government approved Synthetic Systematic Phonics (SSP) programme called Little Wandle. The children start learning sounds from the start of their time in Reception.The sounds that the children are learning each week are shown on Padlet for year groups. The following documents show the ideal progression of the programme along with supporting material to help with saying the sounds and explaining the range of sounds the children learn throughout Reception and Key Stage 1.
