Advert for Family Link Worker

All Saints’ Church, Warwick, together with federated Emscote Infants School and All Saints C of E VC Junior School, have an innovative, exciting post for a Family Link Worker, with a ‘can do’, flexible approach to the role. The successful candidate will be committed to supporting our Christian vision.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mentoring  and outreach support in a creative and vibrant way to children and families in the setting of a church and partnering schools, as part of the Joint Venture Charity, ‘Together For Change’ (a partnership between The Church Urban Fund and the Diocese of Coventry).   


The postholder will work collaboratively with the local church and school federation and will be part of a wider initiative of Family Link Workers across the Diocese. It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (Schedule 9 part 1 of the Equality Act 2010) of this post to have a committed Christian faith. 

Location, Hours and Salary

The role will be between the church and both schools.

The hours are 25 hours per week, usually within the school day with some hours required outside of this to deliver certain aspects of the post.  Some attendance outside of term time and occasional attendance at weekend events may be required.

The contract is for 3 years.

Salary is £16,412  (equivalent to £24,290 per annum full time).

Midday Supervisor Vacancies

Emscote Infants and All Saints’ Junior School are recruiting for a new Midday Supervisor to join their busy teams.  A position is available to start as soon as possible at Emscote and starting from September at All Saints’ Junior School.
